Please accept my most grateful thanks for the way in which everything was arranged with the utmost attention to detail and respect for the wishes of the family. I will never forget your kindness and support before, during and after the funeral.

It was like having a friend who took on all the burden of ensuring not only that all the practical arrangements were attended to efficiently, but that Don was treated with care and dignity, and his family were also supported.

The support pack, which you provided, was excellent and prompted me to think about the things that might otherwise have been overlooked. Other people I have shown this to were most impressed. You always made us feel as though we were the only family that you were dealing with and that nothing was too much trouble.

The way in which you walked out the cortege and the support provided at the crematorium made us feel very special. I take great comfort that Don's funeral was both dignified and touching and this is due in no small way to your care. With many thanks once again.

The funeral service and burial was conducted with great dignity and respect and your dealings with the relatives and mourners was with the utmost courtesy and sympathy.

Dear Sir/Madam...

I am writing to express my thanks to Mr E Box for his time and support with regards to seminars held throughout the year for staff of all levels at Snapethorpe Hall.

A number of staff have expressed an increased confidence when caring for a resident who is dying or deceased and in particular feel able to communicate with families in a more confident manner.

Information was provided in a very sensitive manner and in an informal setting by way of information and discussion groups that enabled staff to feel relaxed.

Most attendees expressed that one of the main benefits of the seminar was to dismiss any myths associated with funeral services and explained all concerns and queries in a sensitive but very factual manner.
